What are Departments

A Department is an area within your business that certain types of issues are handled. For example, if you have a sales team, a customer service team, you would like have a 'Sales' Department and a 'Customer Service' Department. You may have others, but this is an example. This would allow all 'Sales' or 'Customer Service' issues to be centrally managed and would allow the Agents to only work on what is needing to be worked on without duplicating work.

What are Agents

An Agent is a person assigned to a specific "Agent ID" within the ticketing system. For example, if you have 4 people in the sales team, 2 processing orders and 5 providing customer service, that would be 11 Agents, as each individual is an Agent.

What do you mean by Brandable?

By Brandable this means having your own URL like and your own logo in the ticketing system. When not branded, it would have a URL like and would contain the logo.
